I recently read a great book by Canadian author Will Ferguson called Happiness™.
As the title suggests it’s about the pursuit of happiness — more specifically, the finding of it. It got me thinking. What makes me happy? And I realized pretty quickly that it had nothing to do with money or fame. I’m happy hanging out with my friends having a good laugh over nothing. I’m happy sitting with my family enjoying a movie that we can debate about. I’m happy hearing my Amazon parrot singing in the shower! Take the time to know yourself, and then pursue the things that really make you smile.
