No really, you should get out, be adventurous and see the world—it will change your outlook on life.
It’s too easy to get into a routine where nothing challenges you anymore. You need to step out of your comfort zone and charge headfirst into real life. I’m sure you’ve been on family vacations where all you wanted to do was read your book and sit in the sun. No more of that!
Before you go anywhere—another country, city or even just new parts of town—do some research so you can create unforgettable memories. Don’t be a bystander in your life: decide to try new foods, force yourself to talk to interesting people, or perhaps learn some key phrases in a new language. You’ll be amazed how worldly and sophisticated you’ll feel when you can order your lunch in Italian—even if it’s at the local pizzeria!
FALL IN LOVE…
I visited Iguazu Falls in Misiones, Argentina and was awed by its beauty. It’s taller than our own Niagara Falls and wider than Southern Africa’s Victoria Falls! Truly a natural wonder that you should see for yourself (for more on my Argentina trip, click here).
