CONTEST RULES:
No purchase necessary. Contest entry deadline is Thursday, October 1, 2015, midnight EST. Number of entries limited to one entry per person/email address per hour, all entries are time-stamped. Competition open to all legal residents of Canada excluding residents of Quebec. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by the laws of the province or state in which you reside.) Ineligible entrants include all employees of Faze Media Group companies, Paradigm PR, Edgewell Personal Care , their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this promotion. Completed entries will be entered into a random draw for one (1) prize winner of a 12 month supply (12 single boxes) and 50 prize winners of a single box of o.b. tampons. Chances of winning depend upon the total number of entries. Prize winners will be notified within 2 business days of closing date of the contest. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after one month of the closing date. There is no substitution available and no cash alternative. The prize for the competition has a suggested retail value of $60 for the one-year supply winner, and $5 for the single box winners. Items may not be exactly as shown or described. In fairness to human entrants Faze Media Inc. reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries that display patterns of being generated by automated processes, e.g. bots. All personal information may be used for product category and brand research purposes by Edgewell Personal Care. Additionally, winners may be contacted by Edgewell Personal Care with information, news and promotions regarding o.b. Tampons. Information will not be used, released or sold to any third party companies for any reason.
