This action flick is perfect for all those “The Rock” fans out there...if that's you...you will not be disappointed. It's filled with the good guys fighting the bad guys all for a worthy cause. The search for justice and revenge are what drives the film and with the Rock and Johnny Knoxville around it will be a fun ride!

The Rock plays “Chris Vaughn” who is a retired soldier returning home to find his hometown drastically changed by an evil old high school friend of his. The closing of the town’s prosperous lumber mill has led to the demise of the town and the ease in which his old buddy runs the town into the ground with drugs, and criminal activities.

Getting elected Sheriff the Rock will stop at nothing to make this town his home again and with Johnny Knoxville as his sidekick, there are some laughs along the way to lighten the mood.

In my opinion that 4 foot long log that the Rock is brandishing looks like a cheerleaders baton and it is great to see him scare all the local thugs with it. I think the Rock and Knoxville make a great team and I would love to see them together again. I really liked seeing Knoxville doing something other than “Jackass” and I think he is up for the challenge actually doing some real acting.
