Sometimes going back to where it all began for certain artists is the best approach to moving forward with their career. In Usher’s case, he has reinstated his mother, Jonnetta Patton, as his manager; Patton represented her son upon his appearance onto the R&B scene back in the early ‘90s. The two parted ways in 2007, and many sources reported a falling out between the mother and son. This reunion couldn’t come at a better time for the two, as Usher is currently promoting his 2008 hit album Here I Stand.
