Tutorial 4: Fancy Nails for a little black dress

Step 1: After prepping your nails, evenly apply two coats of a white polish. White polish can be hard to work with so be sure to try your best.

Step 2: Set a drop of black polish on a napkin. Dipping a flattened out toothpick in the polish, map out your bowtie design with little dots.

Step 3: Fill in the guidelines.

Step 4: Add some cute little buttons, a topcoat and you’re done. These nails would go perfectly with a little black dress
